How do I place an order?
Choose the bouquet you want and click "Order". Select a greeting card, fill in the recipient's details and choose your payment method. Once you see the "Thank you for your order!" page, your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation with your personal reference number – please keep it for any queries.
When will my flowers be delivered?
We do not guarantee a specific delivery time. Our partner florist delivers during their business hours, which may vary slightly. If you need delivery at a specific time, please let us know via the contact form. No deliveries on Sundays.
What if the recipient is not home?
Our partner florist will attempt delivery and leave a calling card. They will then try to reach the recipient by phone. If neither is possible, you will be notified by phone or email.
How do I know my order was delivered?
We guarantee delivery on the requested date, during our florists' hours. If delivery is not possible, you will be notified. No news from us means successful delivery.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes. During checkout you can add a personal message – a free greeting card is included. Anonymous orders are also possible.
What is the service fee?
A CHF 19 service fee applies per order. This covers coordination with the local partner florist and delivery to the recipient. No other hidden charges.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, TWINT, Bitcoin, corporate invoice and bank transfer (IBAN).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes – before the delivery date only, as the florist may have already prepared your bouquet. Contact us via the contact form with your order number.
Can I deliver to a hotel or hospital?
Hotel: Please provide the hotel name, full address, phone number, and – if known – room number and guest name.
Hospital: Please provide the hospital name and address, phone number, ward and the recipient's full name. Note: some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care.
How long do flowers last and how to care for them?
With proper care, fresh flowers last 5 to 10 days. Change the water daily, re-cut stems at an angle under water, and remove submerged leaves. Keep them cool – away from direct sunlight, draughts and ripe fruit. Adding flower food is recommended.
